Hey, Im back !

I know it's been awhile but I haven't been doing to well lately (Migraines getting worse and more frequent) But anyways I thought I'd tell you about a free electronic accessory I earned off a website.

So have you ever had a bunch of friends who want to listen to your ipod but you cant since theres only 2 earphones and one headset port? Or maybe you were watching A video on your Ipod nano with your bros but you can't all listen?Maybe you'd rather have both earphones in while still being able to share the sound with a friend?

Well I have found the solution to all of the above with this excellent product I received absolutely free. It is called the "Iplug" It can be found on amazon here: iPlug 3.5mm Earbud Splitter Cable for iPod (White)

What it does is allows you two plug in 2 set of headphone's to the ipod with minimal sound loss! It has received 4 glowing 5 star reviews with no complaints whatsoever. I use It all the time with my 3rd gen ipod nano:Apple iPod nano 8 GB Silver (4th Generation) [Previous Model]
(great screen width) for watching tv shows with my two brothers. I've also used it on the computer for plugging in two sets of headphones when I want too watch something like YouTube with both my brothers without disturbing anyone else.

Here are it's specs taken from amazon.com
  • Item Weight: 5.6 ounces
  • Shipping Weight: 1 pounds (View shipping rates and policies)
  • ASIN: B000I030F4
  • Item model number: 031-ADPT-3223
  • Average Customer Review: 5.0 out of 5 stars See all reviews (4 customer reviews)

  • Amazon.com Sales Rank: #16,386 in Electronics (See Bestsellers in Electronics)
  • Date first available at Amazon.com: August 18, 2006

It only cost me 2.31$ NEW plus 2.95$ shipping which I believe was a steal.
I am really happy with this product I received especially since I earned it for free through a website named Gaming Lagoon. I ordered a 10$ amazon.com gift card from them and then used it to get this.
I have also used the site to get a 4GB memory stick pro duo: Sony 4 GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Flash Memory Card MSMT4G
A Pandora Battery, Screen protectors for all of my handheld systems, cases and much more cool stuff. The site is completely free, you get paid for completing free offers/surveys !!!

Now abit more about the product:

It does suffer from about 10% audio reduction due to having to split between 2 headphones. When you unplug the second pair the volume will go back up. On most mp3 players this will not be an issue but if you like maximum volume you should take this into consideration. Another thing to note about the iplug is that it uses a 3.5mm audio jack so it's compatible with most modern day electronics but may not work with older electronics that use a different size audio jack. Also the wires on it as many people note are a bit thin but that shouldn't be a problem unless you violently tear them out of your ipod. Be gentle ;)

If you are interested in purchasing this product I urge you to do so with the link as I'm an affiliate and will earn a percentage of what amazon made. Also If you are interested in earning free stuff check out Gaming lagoon they offer a wide selection of gaming accessories and electronic equipment.

Well this has been my review of another cool new electronic and although I didn't get into too much detail I hoped you enjoyed it. Have a good night!

The new Ipod Shuffle. Buy or wait?

Well the new Ipod Shuffle seemed to come as a complete surprise to most of us but what kind of a surprise?
Well starting off this review I'll focus on some positives to this product.
A cool new feature has been introduced in the next generation of Shuffles that should improve your Ipod experience.
That feature is Voice-over, now in case you're not familiar with that term let me summarize it for you. Voice-over for the Ipod Shuffle means quite simple that your Ipod will speak to you!

Now I know what you're thinking "Wow now I can have intelligent conversations with my Ipod!"

Well not quite, It does mean however that you're Ipod can read out aspects of different songs such as the artist and the song name. It really helps make up for the lack of a screen and is a step in the right direction!

The smallest Ipod just got smaller, that's right you read correctly they've somehow managed to make the smallest Ipod ...well smaller! They've made this new Ipod almost half has wide and half as thick as the previous Shuffle although as you can see from the above image, the length has grown.

Another nice revision is playlist support which means that you can import multiple playlist's on the new Shuffle, this will make things a bit more organized.

Okay now for the part you've been waiting for...........the negative aspects!
Well one must wonder how Apple managed to make this there smallest Ipod yet, so here's the catch.
The Ipod is almost completely controlled with the headphones! Now you're thinking "Why is that a negative, what's wrong with controlling an Ipod with you're headphones?"
Well the reason this is a problem Is that if you decided to get the new Ipod Shuffle because of it's on-the-go functionality and portability you will have a heck of a time trying to operate it.
While running instead of just being able to reach into your pocket and conveniently push a button apple decided to over-complicate things.
You will have to either stop and push the button located near your head or somehow reach up while running with your cord going all over the place and feel for the play button. This can be a lot more trouble if you're left handed as the controls are on the right ears side.

"This is fine when you're sitting, but when you're running, it's really hard to hold your arm still up in that awkward position to change tracks. And when you're really tired, your arms start flailing and it's very, very difficult to not yank the earbud out of your ear when you're changing songs."

Even though this is probably one of the most annoying aspects of the new Ipod Shuffle you need not worry, I'll find something else just for you.
One thing that ticks me off about this Ipod is the plain design, I mean just looks like a rectangular piece of metal. The colour's add some variety but not much. Would it have killed Apple to spice it up a bit?
Another downside to this Shuffle is that you will be charging it a little more often than previous versions as the battery life is two hours shorter.

Well I've gone a bit crazy with this review so I think I'll wrap this one up now. The bottom line is you may just want to skip this upgrade if you were intending on something for jogging, sports, or just about anything that requires you to be moving rapidly. I'd truly recommend getting the previous Ipod Shuffle instead as it is just a lot more convenient and easy to use.

I hoped you liked my review of this Cool New Electronic, and I hope to review something else soon!

P.S. Any ideas for products for me to review would be very helpful!

I'm Very sorry for the lack of new content lately.

As the title say's I'm very sorry about not being able to post anything new lately. The reason being is that I've been under the weather lately and it's affecting how I think greatly. I found out I've got some liver disease that people refer to as gilbert's syndrom. One of the main things it does is fogs up your brain and makes it hard to think. Again I'm really sorry to not be able to update my blog lately and I hope you understand.

Also on a side note how would y'all feel about the possibility of me giving game reviews?

Hello everybody,

Well following my PSP blog I decided to check out the facts of Nintendo's DSI.

It looks like they have made some pretty cool improvements over the DS and DSL.

Now I myself don't own a DSI but am still a proud owner of my Nintendo DS lite.

The DSI has some pretty cool features such as a two camera's one on the outside and one on the inside!

Now where does It save the pictures you ask?

Well in the new SD card slot! The addition of an SD card allows you to Transfer files to and from your DSI such as music files.

The DSI even has it's own DSI store where you can download games and applications directly to your DSI over Wifi.

This is really interesting because it means that the DS is catching up to the PSP and Iphone in terms of having it's own virtual store.

Although to add in all these new features and still keep in its same shape and size they had to eliminate something.

That something is the GBA slot which means if you were thinking of migrating from your NDS or NDS Lite with your collection of GBA games you

may be a bit disappointed. This also means that if you have any DS games that have a GBA slot accessory they will no longer be playable this includes

guitar hero on tour's guitar grip and the DS rumble pack.

Overall there isn't much reason not to buy this New DS except for the loss of GBA slot but even that is not too big a deal since you can always keep

an old GBA or DS around.

Hope you enjoyed this brief Overview of the Cool New DSI

PSP Go, Is it for you?

Hello There Reader,
A new device has recently come out and is causing quite a stir in the PlayStation community. This sleek new device is PlayStation's newest portable device the PSP go!

Now I'll go on with a short overview of the products pros and cons!

Pros:
-This new PSP is 43% lighter than the previous model which is a really nice improvement, lighter is better!

-Unlike the other versions this PSP has 16GB of built in memory which means you probably wont ever need to buy a separate memory stick!

-Bluetooth Support! This means that you should be able to connect various Bluetooth devices to you PSP(for instance wireless headsets).

Cons:

-The PSP Go screen size is 3:8 inches which is significantly smaller than its previous system (PSP 3000) which has the screen size of 4:3 inches.
-A major con to the new PSP is the lack of a UMD drive which wont concern people who have never owned a PSP but will definitely be a setback to people looking to upgrade from there UMD based PSP.

-Pricing. We all now that everything new can start out at a fairly high price and the PSP Go is definitely no exception! It is currently being sold at 200 to 250 for the system alone!

Recommended for:
-People new to the PSP scene.
-People who enjoy everything being digital.

Not Recommended for:
-People who own a previous PSP with many umd's

Overall It looks like a pretty hefty piece of gaming hardware that should definitely be checked out!

This has been my very first review of a Cool New Electronic!

I hope you enjoyed it =)
